It doesn't seem to be a PDF problem. Most likely you have a damaged system
that you need to repair. Follow your manufacturer's instructions if you have system
restore CD, or try Remote Assistance from an expert.
Can be an issue with your internet explorer. To find exactly the root cause, download any other browser like chrome or Mozilla and open same pdf in these browsers. If you are able to view these pdfs properly in chrome or in Mozilla then it is clearly problem with your Internet explorer, otherwise your reader may be corrupt. We can proceed further if you can tell what happens when you open same pdf in chrome or Mozilla?
