I have an nvidia 8800GT that works really well with PRE7. But PRE9 is very slow. I've suggested elsewhere that I think the problem is PRE9 does not recognise the graphic card's capabilities and does not take advantage of them as PRE7 does.
My point for creating this new discussion is prompted from some of Tony's (ATR) posts suggesting problems he had during the trial are not recurring in his registered copy.
So my question is:
Did anyone using the trial with a Series 8 nvidia graphics card experience really slow performance (especially timeline redrawing), but the problem disappeared in the registered version?
