Press A and shift+click to "select everything from a given point."
That's great thx. Shame it selects things that has started b4 the point, but has continued afterwards though. Guess shift clicking those is the only solution.
You can also press Ctrl+K to cut multiple selected tracks and leave portions of clips unaffected by Shift+click.

I don't understand.
You use the Track Select tool, and press the Shift key, then you click on the first clip you want selected -- now everything to the right of and including that clip should be selected. The CTI has nothing to do with that -- this operates at the clip level, and it will not razor any of them.
Anything to the left which had been selected becomes deselected.
For example.. my audio starts at 30 seconds and plays through to ten minutes. If I select using the method above at the 1 minute mark it will select the audio track too.

Un select the Target Track prior eg the AUDIO Track
