    A few days ago I got the "too many activations" message .


      A very helpful support representative reset my activations and I was able to authise my reader and all the books in it will open. Today my other reader gave me the same problem but the support rep. reset my avtivations but my books will not open. He told me to aopen a technical support request bu I guess I'm too stupid to figure out how to do that. Case # is 0204777841
