I am currently creating a form with Adobe Acrobat that is to be submitted by email to a central email address. The format I am using for the form input involves Check boxes and text boxes, with a Submit button to automatically email the form on its submission.
Work Completed YES or NO
Project Size <20 or =20 or >20 (These will be accomplanied by CHeck Boxes on the form itself)
Is there any way in which this could be achieved using this programme?
