Flash player cache for flex frameworks not working anymore ??

Hi

i have been using the neat feature of flex framework cache till now,and it worked great. User downloads the framework only once and hence forth needs to download only application. However after it has now stopped working. Can anyone explain why ? Everything is same.. the code, the deployment..rsl based.

Am on a Intel i5 with windows 7 professional...
