I'm developing an AIR 2.0 app in Flash Builder that, when complete, will run on a touch screen pc using windows xp/windows 7.
I have a few list components in the UI and i want to turn the scollbar policy off so that the user can basically just swipe up/down on the list to scroll. I am completely new to the 4.0 sdk and although i've seen there is gesture support available i was hoping that maybe air would do this automatically once the app was deployed on a touchscreen pc? Am i just being lazy or will i have to code this myself?
Any help would really help me out?
You can try using the 4.5 SDK (and AIR 2.5) which ships with TouchBased UI elements like lists.
