    PackageForPrint makes IndesignCS5 crash !

      Hi all,

      I need to use packageForPrint() and the following code just makes Indesign CS5 crash. Is this a known issue or me misusing something ?

      function packageDoc(doc){
        var docFile= File(doc.fullName);
        var docFolder = docFile.parent.fsName;

        try{
          doc.packageForPrint (Folder(docFolder), /* copyingFonts: bool, */ true, /*copyingLinkedGraphics: bool*/ true, /*copyingProfiles: bool*/ true, /*updatingGraphics: bool*/true, /*includingHiddenLayers: bool*/ true, /*ignorePreflightErrors: booll*/ true, /*creatingReport: bool*/true);
          }
         catch(e){}
      }
      packageDoc(app.activeDocument);

      Don't be surprised by the docFolder mess, I first tried to pass the folder object (File().parent) itself without success. I was trying differently.

      Thanks in advance because I need to find what is wrong in best times.

          Hi Guys,

          Found what was wrong. I was pointing the document folder (what I wanted) but doing so, Indesign package function was trying to save the doc over the open document. Obviously something Indesign didn't like. Once I set a subfolder for packaging, everything was ok.

          Sorry for that topic.You think less when hurried :\
