    CS5 on a MacBook Pro 13

Despite the advertised system requirements (1280 x 1024 screen) I take it that Fireworks CS5 will work on a new model MacBook Pro 13?

Can any users advise on this?

      Thanks.

The best test is to download the free trial and try it out. The reason for the minimum screen spec is that the ui will be less cramped. Fw does come with a stock workspace set ip for netbooks so it is doable. Just depends on how you like to work

Thanks for that; I purchased Fireworks in anticipation of my new Mac arriving; I've used Fireworks up to CS3 on Windows machines, even ones with not the best resolution, and it didn't occur to me that it might be a problem until I actually got it.  However, what you're saying is indeed comforting.

I note that when Fireworks is bundled with other software, like the Creative Suite, the screen resolution required is 1280 x 800 (though 1280 x 1024 is recommended) - so all should be well.
