    What is wrong with that?

      Hi All,

      I wonder if someone can tell me what is wrong with this case statement. It executes correcly everything except this part, the last if statement (the characters are greek letters). Although the statement just before that works corectly (it sets the value of myKey = "ά" and the accent = 0 the next stament (the one below) for some reason fails to execute. Any ideas?

      if mykey = "ά" AND accent = 0 then
      mykey = "α"

          accents = ["ο": [0: "ο", 1: "ό"], "ό": [0: "ο", 1: "ό"], "υ": [0: "υ", 1: "ύ"], "ύ": [0: "υ", 1: "ύ"], "ι": [0: "ι", 1: "ί"], "ί": [0: "ι", 1: "ί"], "η": [0: "η", 1: "ή"], "ή": [0: "η", 1: "ή"], "α": [0: "α", 1: "ά"], "ή": [0: "α", 1: "ά"]]

          myaccent = accents.getAProp( mykey )

          if ( myaccent.ilk = #propList ) then
          mykey = myaccent.getAProp( accent )
          accent = NOT accent
          end if
