    Trouble making background transparent on SWF in HTML

    leojoyful

      Hi,

      I have been trying to make the background of this .swf transparent.

      I know the method:

      <PARAM NAME=wmode VALUE="transparent">

      Also, under publish settings in Flash I have set it to read: windowless transparent.

      Here is a link to the test page.

      Also, here is the full embed code I used:

      </EMBED>

      <OBJECT CLASSID="clsid:D27CDB6E-AE6D-11cf-96B8-444553540000"

      WIDTH="480"

      HEIGHT="400"

      CODEBASE="http://active.macromedia.com/flash5/cabs/swflash.cab#version=5,0,0,0">

      <PARAM NAME="MOVIE" VALUE="test_big.swf">

      <PARAM NAME="PLAY" VALUE="true">

      <PARAM NAME="LOOP" VALUE="true">

      <PARAM NAME="QUALITY" VALUE="high">

      <PARAM NAME="SCALE" value="noborder">

      <param name="wmode" value="transparent" />

      <EMBED SRC="test_big.swf"

      WIDTH="480"

      HEIGHT="400"

      PLAY="true"

      LOOP="true"

      QUALITY="high"

      scale="noborder"

      WMODE="transparent"

      </EMBED>

      Thanks in advance!
