    Movement in 3D- guidance on approach and examples

      I am looking to model animation based on user provided parameters for the following

      a) object to move on a 3D along a plane

      b) circular motion- with plane along x axis

       

      I am looking to build based on bird's eye view(45 degree angle to vertical)- that would require required scaling and skew- as well as to adapt the move function for 3D.

       

      While I understand I should use transform.matrix3d functions, any guidance and examples would help on how best to achieve this. Thanks
