I have a human model using Movie Clip (MC) parts rigged with IK Bones. Every MC part's transform is "zeroed out" this includes Scale and rotation.
When setting up the model I constrained each part.
When animating limbs like arms and legs they take a full rotation in the opposite direction than would be expected to make the tween. For example, during a walk the legs do not move along the ground but they rotate upward around her head.
I've troubleshot and determined the constraints cause this. When I remove the restraints the animation behaves as would be expected. I was also able to repeat this on different parts of the model.
