You mean debugging points/Break points? if so
windows > other views > (In the filter try 'breakpoints') after you get it click on it..
after the view opens, you can see a lot of breakpoints throughout the application, you can un check each one of the breakpoint or hit XX mark on the panel top right.

But I am not talking breakpoint, I am talking "Bookmarks" menu in standalone player/debugger.
I can add URL bookmark into the menu, but cannot edit/remove bookmarks.
Bookmarks are stored in your Home folder as a plaintext .flashrc file with a really simple layout.
One line per bookmark, and the HTML tag <A> is used to differ between links and their names.
