    Animated Gifs

Animated gif files almost never export with the frames per second I specify in the frames pallet, they just default to no delay and I have to fix them in ImageReady. What am I doing wrong?

They cannot default to no delay as long as the animation exported rather
than saved. If you are exporting the animation with other images on the
same page, make sure the animation is in its own slice. Export rather
than save. Note that if you set up optimization in the Optimize panel,
but then export through the Export Preview window without setting the
frame delay there, the frame delay might be incorrect.

Also keep in mind that both IE and Firefox will display animated gif's
            at different speeds - alex
