      Overall, I like the software. But...

       

      While evaluating the product, one needs help.

       

      To have a suggestion pop while struggling is nice, but the "oops, sorry, you have to pay more, premium in fact" is beyond irritating. Bait? Switch? You betcha.

       

      Turn that crap off, and offer help when it IS help.  I've got enough marketing people nattering after my time.
