I have Adobe Master Collection CS5 and I have been able to update all Adobe programs accept Premiere Pro. I am using Windows 7.
I was reffered to this article by the Adobe Support advisor.
I have tried all these steps multiple times and still cannot get the premiere updates to install.
Does anyone know of another solution to this problem?
When you were unable to get PrPro to update, did you get any error messages? Exactly what happened?
I figured it out. It was because an old trial of Premiere was still on the computer. I used the adobe cleanup tool to remove the old files, reinstalled and now it is working.
