We will be developing off-line help for our users as they
don't have a good enough connection for on-line. No feedback
reporting from X5 for that. Heard there is 3rd party software that
will do the trick. Anyone heard of it or have suggestions? Want to
be able to collect info on what they use most and results of
Captivate quizzes, etc. We link up with users several times a day
thru scheduled process, so could pull the info regularly. Any info
appreciated - thanks!!
