In the time it takes to search around you could most likely make them yourself in photoshop.
If you already have good ones in your old system, why not export them off your timeline as just stills (white on black) and use as required?
I agree with Butch; 30 seconds with a white rectangle over a black BKG in PS and the most heinous filters you can get your mitts on will generate as-good-or-better results than those. Filters like Crystallize and Crosshatch will create those sorts of effects in no time, and by applying them as Smart Filters, you can go in and tweak and create a buzillion different looks.
Heck--just grab those thumbnails and blow them up to your destination size. For mattes, they'll work fine.
(Yes, that's cheating...)
Because a Matte will very likely need to be custom, I cannot imagine that many would exist.
Also, for some rather standard ones, Titler will work well too, with the Shapes available. Just remember to set Stroke to None.
