How to solve errorcode 2038

When trying to open a book in ADE I get the message:  I/O error when opening local file. The error code i get is 2038. 

What is the problem and how can i solve it?

I use Windows Vista  and Norton Security?

Same problem was repeorted bij Horserider RK 17 hrs ago.

i too am getting a 2038 error when trying to open a downloaded acsm file. have you had any luck resolving this issue?
