First, learn the basics:
Seriously, if you don't learn the basics first, you're just going to be frustrated.
Once you know the basics, these simple effects will be obvious. Using blending modes to overlay shapes or solid-colored layers over your main footage layer is easy. And so is basic color adjustment. But only if you start at the beginning.
No, if the basics i know, seen al copilot tutorials, but i don't feel confident still :L

Andrew's Video Copilot tutorials are great, but they don't teach the basics. They teach intermediate and advanced material.
I gave you both a link to some beginner materials and a brief description of how to create the results that match your screenshots. Follow those links. Learn Experiment.

Creating effects is not easy. Chosing appropriate effects that add to the audience experience is far more complex and requires skill as a director and editor. Skills in using After Effects are useful.
The top one is called a film burn.
The bottom one? Dunno.
There are hundreds of skate forums with discussions dedicated to "videos." You can also contact the creators on yourtube.
