Try Ctrl+Shift+C instead.
Thanks for the reply, I'm aware that ctrl shift c works, but i'm specifically looking for ctrl / becuase (at least with java) it also allows you to uncomment lines, which is very useful. Is it supposed to work? does anyone else's ctrl / work? It seems odd that if eclipse is picking up the hotkeys, it wouldn't do the action if it's supposed to.
You can try to change the key assignments in Windows->Preferences->Keys. I believe the assignments are editor based and not standard in Eclipse. However, I do think all editors should have the same key-stroke commands when it makes sense. I'd argue in favor of consistency.
(laughing) i already tried that too. Tell me, have you gotten the toggle comment to work in a flex or actionscript doc? if it doesn't work for anyone, maybe it's a bug?
