When I draw on the computer, it's always very sketchy looking, even if I'm using my tablet. I'm learning vectors right now but I'd rather draw at the moment. Nevertheless, I was wondering if there was a option or tool in adobe's arsenal, that makes it so, as you draw, adobe is autocorrecting your lines to make everything smooth and not jagged? Does this "autosmoother" even exist? I hope so.
P.S. Can you guys recommend me some good sites/videos that teaches you how to use vector to it's fullest and how to start a website?
Thanks in advance!
Try using the Vector Path tool. It creates a path as you draw with the mouse or stylus. You can affect the look of the path by chaging the width and category of the stroke.
This article will give you the basics of working with vectors and the Pen tool.
You can also refer to the Fireworks help files.
Hi there Jim, I'll out vector pathing and it's pretty nice. And the site you linked is very limited, unless I pay lots of money (I don't even have access to the page about vector pathing).
Normally articles can be purchased as one-off pieces, but not that one for some reason.
At any rate, the Fireworks Help files will give you all the basics.
