One of my customers is having trouble installing my software. This is the first time I've ever heard of this... Literally hundreds of other purchasers haven't had a problem, so I know it's something on his end, but I can't figure out what.
When he was originally prompted to save or install, he chose to "Save".
Now he's got these folders on his hard drive.
And for some reason, he can't install the program...
Any ideas of what the reason might be?
He doesn't save the file as an AIR file. Instead, the AIR file gets unzipped.
If your other customers don't have this problem, tell him/her to save the download as an AIR file.
