    PProHeadless has encountered an error

    J Graves Level 1

      Hello editors,

I've been trying to Encode some clips for DVD and AME faile.  I receive an error message as follows:  "PProHeadless has encountered an error"   ....src/win/winfile.cpp-759" .   Multiple attempts to encode have failed.  I've flushed temp files, re-booted, Rendered the files (successfully) on the Timeline, clied "use previews" in AME, but the message continues to appear.  I'm using CS5.03, and have opened both applications as Administrator

      Any thoughts?  .

      Thanks,

      John G

To answer my own question.... it appears that one of the clips was corrupt, though it plays in various players.  I have no idea what the error message means, but once I removed the first clip in the series and slid the rest of the timeline, everything rendered properly.

          I hope this helps someone.

          Good Editing,
