We (my company) has purchased Adobe Connect Professional with
a support and maintance plan. The problem that I am experiencing is
that I cannot get hold of any support. The web site keeps refering
me to the contact page which has a load of telephone numbers (WHICH
DOES NOT HELP)!! I live in South Africa and there is no way I am
phoning America!! Besides the cost implication the time difference
makes it difficult to. Can somebody please tell me how to get
support arround here?
