    Spry Menu Bar Navigation

    IainV

      I'm using the Spry menu bar and have several menu items on my home page that have sub-items under them. For example, I have a "browse" menu item on the home page and under "browse" have "view inventory" and "wish list". I want users to be able to access the sub items through the "browse" menu item but not allow users to open "browse:"

      I'd appreciate any suggestions.

      Thanks

      Iain

          Hi Iain,

          Can you pass here a link to your page?

          Regards,

          M.Zografski.

            Just put a # where otherwise the URL would go as per

            <li><a class="MenuBarItemSubmenu" href="#">Browse</a>

              Here is the code

              <li><a href="../_pages/about.html" title="About Us" class="MenuBarItemSubmenu">About Us</a>
                    <ul>
                      <li><a href="../_pages/hours.html" title="Hours of Operation">Hours</a></li>
                      <li><a href="../_pages/find.html" title="Find Us">Find Us</a></li>
                      <li><a href="../_pages/contact.html" title="Contact Us">Contact Us</a></li>
              </ul>
                  </li>

                Thanks for this. I looked at the html and it is a bit different than what is used in your example.  Here is the code:

                <li><a href="../_pages/about.html" title="About Us" class="MenuBarItemSubmenu">About Us</a>
                      <ul>
                        <li><a href="../_pages/hours.html" title="Hours of Operation">Hours</a></li>
                        <li><a href="../_pages/find.html" title="Find Us">Find Us</a></li>
                        <li><a href="../_pages/contact.html" title="Contact Us">Contact Us</a></li>
                </ul>
                    </li>

                What do I relace with the "#"?

                Thanks

                Iain

                      This worked very well and helped me get over my worry about messing up my master template.
