I have been having technical problems with my new Sony Reader PRS-650 and the Reader Library software, which has meant that I have had to reset the Reader. However it seems that each time it is reset, it is seen by ADE as a new machine. As a result, I am now unable to activate ADE for the Reader, I'm getting an error:
I have tried to log a case on the web case support system, but altough it looked as though the case had been submitted, I have no case number, no open (or closed) cases and I've not received an email - it therefore looks as though the web case has not worked.
I would therefore be very grateful if you could reset the activation count for me so that I can load my ebooks onto my Reader before I leave for a long business trip tomorrow.
