Noob Question

Is there a button I can click to get the default layout the FlashBuilder starts with?

I misclick and I move windows around, and I don't know how to get them back where they started at.

For example, I no longer have debug in the upper left, and breakpoints/variables in the upper right of debug view.

It is like one long bar across the center.  It makes me do extra clicking and hassle, but I don't know how to get it back where it started.

This is a 100% noob question.
