When you say "150%" are you talking about he viewing size on screen in Acrobat? Typically, Acrobat opens files to the maximum screen space available. This is not something you can control in Fireworks.
Yes, I am aware of that. This is acrobat viewing at 100%. The pages are much larger than they are in FW at 100%. If you try it, you will see what I mean

I'm having the same issue as well. Very peculiar.
Just to back up what Dtrachtman is saying, we're NOT talking about zoom percentage here -- the export process is physically enlarging the images for no reason so that an image that's viewed at 100% in Acrobat in considerably larger (and degraded due to the artificial enlargement) than at 100% in Fireworks.
So far this has rendered the PDF export process pretty useless, at least in my case.
I think I figured this out. Its not an issue with Fireworks, it seems
like pdfs are just made this way. I went into Acrobat and assembled a
bunch of jpegs and exported them as a single PDF, and got the same
issue. Also, if you check the image size in FW, the pixel dimensions
are the same as the pdf it exports. So it must have something to do
with the pdf.
Regardless, though, you are right in that assembling all the pages of
a FW doc in a single pdf is useless unless you don't care that it
looks as intended.
Have you tried:
This shold improve rendering quality on screen.
In Adobe Acrobat, or Adobe Reader select Edit > Preferences.
Select Page Display on the left panel.
Set Custom Resolution to 72 pixels per inch.
Set the Zoom value to 100%.
That's it!! That was exactly what I needed. Thanks!!
You're welcome. The information was pulled right from the Fireworks help files. Glad it worked for you.
