    <fc: >

      I am working with a sample app from an extension I installed for resizing title windows. When I load the source up in Flex 3 or Flex 2 I get "Could not resolve<fc:REsizableTitleWindow> to a component implementation. "

      Fairly new to flex but I have never run across this <fc: before. I have searched for documentation on it but can't find any as well as searching the help built into flex.

          "fc" is a namespace. Somewhere, usually the first tag, someone specifies what it means. When you see "mx" in most Flex apps, that's because at the top someone also says xmlns:mx="" http://www.adobe.com/2006/mxml", which as been mapped via manifest to mx.*.* class packages.

          So first, see if "fc" is defined and what it points to then look there to see if there is a class called REsizableTitleWindow. It is possible that it is pointing to the wrong place or the class name is wrong.
