The differences will be small, but my preference is DDR3-1600 over DDR3-1333, even with lower CAS timings.

Depent How you are goint to set your bios. If it not O.C. your bus is 133 "on the case of a i7", sou you must put the multiplier of the ram in x10 so you can get the 1333MHZ. without OC if you like to use the 1600mhz your multi must be x12 so you will get 1596mhz. and for end these if you are not goint to make these change on the bios get the cl7 1333mhz.
