We created static forms using Adobe Livecycle Designer ES 8.2. Adobe 8 Reader users are not able to able to view the tooltips since the PDF form is tagged no but not the few Adobe 9 Readers are able to view the tooltips. When the PDF form is tagged yes, both Adobe 8 and 9 Readers are not able to view tooltips. Any suggestions?
