selection import

When I import photos into LR3 from a card, I want to make a selection of the photos I wish to import. If I do not want to import all photos I have to select each photo sepeartely, which is quite time consuming. Is ther a way of selecting photos by row or in a series. Thank you for your reply

Does LR3 refer to perhaps LightRoom 3? If so, I might suggest that you try re-posting your issue using the link below. This forum is for discussion of the Adobe Captivate product and it's unlikely you will find many folks here that can answer your question.
