Hi. I've got a situation where a product name is a mixture of
italic and non-italic characters (e.g. Product
one) and I want to be able to mirror the branded name in the
help. All is OK except for the TOC and index. I can't seem to find
a way of doing this. Does anyone else know if you can apply
"normal" text formatting to TOC entries and index keywords?
