It's running as the "trial" version... make sure you've got it properly installed and activated. You may need to uninstall and reinstall to fix it.

If you do have the trial (no MPEG Import/Export so very little to no HD), here are the steps:
Deactivate - probably not available, as the trial is not activated, but check anyway.
Run Adobe Clean Script CS5 several times, rebooting in between each
Install - immediately update, before you even launch the program

The "Revert to Trial" Bug was around in CS4, with the updates, but disappeared in CS5 - however it seems to be back...
