    RAID 10 Setup Help

I built my new computer and decided to go with a RAID 10 setup. After installing windows and rebooting I got a RAID critical warning during boot up. I identified the drive that failed and returned it. I installed the replacement drive and I still get the same error. Is there something special I am supposed to do when I replace one of the drives?
