60p animation to 60i Blu-ray Interlace Consecutive Fields

I'd like to convert a 60p animation to 60i blu-ray and use every other frame as a field.

However, when I select Field Options, Interlace Consecutive Frames, the speed of the animation is double on playback.

This worked fine under Premiere Pro CS4.

I don't want every other frame to be dropped when I export to Encore, because I need the 60 fields per second so the animation appears smooth on interlaced displays.

How do I get a 60p animation exported as 60i in a way that doesn't drop every other frame and turn my animation into a 30p being encoded as a 60i?
