There is also a sepia Adjustment Layer. Open the Adjustments Panel, (you can click on the black and white circle at the bottom of the Layers Panel), and select Sepia instead of default.
An alternate method is to select Sepia from the list of presets in the Adjustments Panel, under Hue and Saturation presets if there is no adjustment selected.
