I had a similiar problem with cross dissolves and someone on here recommended adding a black
background title to the first video track.
Try that and then encode
Asus x58 P6-Delux
1 System drive 500GB
1 TB (RENDER+Project)
2X1TB Raid 0 (For Footage)
Nvidia GTX 570
OS win 7 64 bit (Professional)
PrPro CS5 (5.0.3)
Media Encoder 126.96.36.199
NO Extended Desktop (1 Display)
Project Setting : DV PAL (4:3 1.097PAR) 48Khz Lower Field First
Footage :20 Min DV PAL 4:3 1.097PAR 48khz Lower Field First
All Driver are update (cheked at the manufactor website)...
P.s. When Renderer Setting is on "Mercury Plaback Engine Software Only" ,and I Re-Rendere the Segment it work fine , without any jerky video.
Anyone can reproduce the problem ?

Yes i can with dv pal footage.
Playback in MPE is terrible, on software mode it looks less terrible, after rendering the timeline its ok.
