How compatible is CS 4 and CS 5?

      Hi

We have two licences for CS4 which we've been using for the last year. For the project we're currently working on we've been using Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Soundbooth. We will need to use Flash and Media Encoder soon as well.

We ordered two extra licences for extra computers, but they've sent us CS5 instead.

Will this present any problems when moving this project around between different computers now?

For example: If when we start using Flash, we create a file in CS5 version, then move it to the computer that has CS4, and then that person wants to adapt the content and then import it into Premiere Pro in CS4 - wIll that work ok, or are we just setting ourselve up for hours on a support line/forum?

Would it be better to send back CS5 and get licences for more CS4 instead?

Finally, if we started using all the Premiere Pro files that have been created in CS4 in CS5, would they work?

      Many thanks
