Not sure about RH9 (haven't had a chance to load mine yet), but in RH8 it's File > Environment > Load Default Environment

Unfortunately it's no longer on a menu.

Extra points to Captiv8r on this answer. I was hunting and pecking for 1/2 hour trying to get my pods back into the right place until I gave up, came to this forum, and came to his answer. It worked perfectly! :-) Thanks for pointing out that the menu changed from RH8 to RH9 and later.
