You don't really say what your performance problem is. A common problem, since Flash is single-threaded, is perceived UI performance while your app is processing data. A common solution is to break that processing up into chunks so that the UI has time to update between chunks. (This won't make your app any faster, but it will appear more performant since the UI is more responsive.)

My performance proeblem is whith the draw screen .it takes much time to draw and mainly i used Advanced data grid .
so In Advanced DataGrid it have a problem of renderering my system will be slow at those time .
So i need to help in this performance improvement . i think if we can do both at a time like with the draw of screen in backend other datafatching will continue then it help me to improve performance.
Please give me your suggestion and idean on that.

The actual fetching of data is asynchronous already and happens on another thread. Of course, it is also possible that either your code or Flex is doing some synchronous processing on the data as it receives it that reduces the number of CPU cycles available for drawing the UI.
