    nook not recognized by ADE


      just received a nook color and love it. I have setup a B&N account for the device, without a CC associated. I plan to charge it up with gift cards (already ordered). Then I came across this great article from my local library (http://maricopa.lib.overdrive.com/7A98882D-698F-4DEE-9AC0-65EEB7A09C42/10/361/en/Help-FAQ- Format50.htm#question-6493) which instructed me to install ADE. I activated ADE with my newly created Adobe ID. The program indicates that it is "authorized".  When I plug in the nook device, using the USB interface it does not appear within ADE "bookshelves automatically" as all instructions indicate.  Windows does add the device (as seen from Device Manager) as two seperate disk drives "B&N Ebook Disk USB Device".  All of the guidance of deleting a file from the nook device, is not practical as I can not see the device in Explorer as a volume. Not sure what to do  next.
