You have to manually keyframe every frame of video if you want it to look right. The other approach you can look at is in After Effects with Mocha for AE (product included with the suite). Mocha is designed for tracking.
I'm sure AE is a better workflow, but since I don't know it as well, my aim would be to utilize the 3D capabilities of PS. Design my cube there and use the skew option under "Edit-Transform" to fit your picture to one side of your cube. Then export your finished product and pull it into PrPro. Animate your tumble as you want.
