It'll probably be helpful if I also tell you to use the "-keep" compiler argument. then it will save the generated ActionScript to disk for you to review at your leisure.

In FlashBuilder, right-click on your project in the Package Explorer, select the 'Properties' item in the context menu and then select the 'Flex Compiler' item. In this popup there will be a textfield at the bottom right hand side. Just append any arguments with a space and not a comma. For instance:
