Dynamic link - do I need to render the same AE composition twice?

I have a timeline in Premiere that contains three instances of a AE composition through dynamic link. The three instances is for three different audio tracks. When I make a change in AE I thought I would only need to render the composition once, since it's just duplicates of the same. But if I hit enter, Premiere wants to render three video previews which takes quite a bit of time. A workaround is to delete the two others, hit enter, and then copy the rendered file once it's done. Does this work in a smarter way somehow? I'm using Premiere Pro 5.0.3.
