I don't have a solution but the same thing happened to me. Really need help on this. thanks
I thank all of you for you answers. No matter what I have done it still didn't work. Then they say to go into the registery which I will not since I am not smart to do it.
I called my son and he couldn't make it over but did tell me that Adobe is having problems with the new verison of Adobe Reader. He has built 3 PC's and taught me how to work on the pc so I trust his word.
So he sent me this link: http://www.foxitsoftware.com/downloads/
And I download this PDF and it works perfect. When my son can make it over he said he will go into the registery and fix it for me but for now he said NOT to download the Adobe Reader the new version.
Again thank you all for helping me with answers.
Hey, thank you and thank your son. I downloaded your son's suggestion and it works fine.
Hey Lynn. Thanks again. I just posted a recap on my site and thought you might enjoy it. Check out www.bigredfunnelcakes.com. Hopefully, you will get a chuckle.
I am happy that you got your problems solved.
Just a word of warning; when I tested Foxit Reader a couple of years ago, it installed spyware on my computer. When I uninstalled Foxit, the spyware remained without any way to uninstall it. It took a lot of registry editing to get the thing finally removed!
I don't know if the latest version of that software still does the same, but I wouldn't trust a software that has done that once.
