    Re-install Problem for AE 7


      I had to reinstall Windows and all the apps for Production Studio Premium. This is an educational version, and these are all CS2 apps with one serial number for the entire suite. Everything installed fine but when I launch AE (it indentifies as version 7.0) I get the message "Personalize You Software" and it asks me for a serial number. The serial number for the suite does not work, and this is the only serial number I have. I spent an hour on the phone with 3 people from Adobe tech support, and the last person said they don't support this anymore and I needed to post a message in this forum. This product is old but I don't recall having to provide a separate serial number for AE before.  I am the original owner of the product, and have used this for several years with no problems. Any help would be appreciated.
