I cannot get my Augen e-reader to open adobe digital books. Any suggestions?

The reader shows the books as being downloaded: however, they will not open.  I also have not been able to activate the DRM on th e-reader, so this is very likely the biggest problem.  I haven't been able to get any reliable support from anyone.  Augen says my computer is not registered with Adobe, but I cannot tell if it is or not.  I have tried to deactivate Adobe Digital Reader, but have had no luck with Cont. Shift, D.  Does anyone have any suggestions?

I hate this thing!  I have been working with this thig off and on for over 2 months now and cannot get a thing done with it.  I get one thing working and then the next step does not work. I have never been so frustrated in my life!!

I did finally get mine to work. Have you been able to activate your Adobe

Digital. That was my big issue. Then I had to figure out how to get the

book from Adobe Digital to the e-reader, the second major challenge. But

now that I have figured it out, it works fine.

Ummm.... I don't see an 'Augen ereader' in the list of supported devices

here <http://blogs.adobe.com/digitalpublishing/supported-devices>. If it's

not there under another name, then ADE won't work with it at all. You may

want to explore other electronic document programs, like Bluefire or

Overdrive.
